Our Memorial Aftercare® service offers full and comprehensive maintenance for your loved one’s memorial, giving you complete peace of mind.
We provide a range of yearly plans, each including three visits per year, scheduled every four months. During each visit, we thoroughly check, clean, and care for the memorial, ensuring that it remains in the best possible condition.

Each plan includes 3 visits per year every 4 months after installation.

Our commitment to safety is of paramount importance, as such, before commencing any work on your memorial, we will inspect its current condition to ensure that it is safe to work on.
In the event that we determine it to be unsafe, we will notify you immediately and provide a separate quotation for any remedial works required.
You will be under no obligation to accept a quotation for any safety work, and should you choose not to proceed then we will refund the cost or the Aftercare contract in full.

Aftercare Contracts
We offer flexible aftercare maintenance contracts that come in either a one or three year plan, with three annual visits included. The first aftercare visit is scheduled within four months from the commencement of the contract.
Following each visit, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing the condition of your memorial and any suggested additional works not included in the aftercare cover, such as re-gilding or painting of an inscription.
The report will also include before-and-after photographs of your memorial, as well as a detailed summary of the maintenance tasks performed during our visit. This way, you can keep track of your memorial’s upkeep and rest assured that it is in excellent condition.
